Billy died at the age of 40 on December 18th, 1990 in Tustin, California.  He was a native of Hammond, Indiana and an ironworker.  He was a member of the International Order of Ironworkers.  He was a veteran of the Vietnam War, serving with the U.S. Army.  He attended St. Anastasia and graduated with us.  At the time of his death he was survived by 5 brothers (George, Harold, John, Thomas and Robert), two sisters (Peggy and Mary), his stepmother (Marilyn) and three stepbrothers Mike, Rick and Randy Noble.
