Dear Lynn,

I am sorry that I will be unable to introduce you to my wife, Diana. She is pretty much the type of woman you said I would need. You would like her.

I have often thought of you over the years. Yours was never a face difficult to recall - not with those sparkling eyes and that, truly, radiant smile of yours. You were such a good friend and you always gave excellent advice. Your kindness towards all, no matter who they might be, was of great influence to me. You were a great influence on me.

I will miss you, I will still think of you often and I will speak your name.

Dear Lynn, I always admired your sleek, graceful, and physically fit physique. You had a gentle, yet strong persona that always spoke honestly of who you are. I am so sad to miss you all these years. I know that you are in the embrace of a higher power.

Love,
Robyn

Lynn,

Your leaving, saddens me greatly. We go back 50+ years, and you were always the happy positive person. I remember walking up the alley to your house after school in elementary school. Those are some of my happier childhood memories, as we all have childhood memories we try to forget. You never knew it, but you helped me smile. One never knows the impact we have on others. You never an unkind word, no matter what the situation. You were always able to bring out the smile in others. When I hear your name, I see your smiling face and hear your silly, giggling laugh that could cheer the world. I'm sure heaven has had to let their hair down and have a good belly laugh since your arrival.

I will truely miss you.

Sandy

I am so glad that I wrote Lynn on this site a month or so before she passed. She had told me that she had cancer and didn't think that she would be here for the reunion. She did say however, that IF she were here she would definitely be at the reunion. She was still her
"bubbly self".

I have so many fond memories of Lynn. Remember how high
she could jump as a cheerleader. She always had a smile on her face and always had kind words to say about everyone.

She will be truly missed. My deepest sympathy goes out to her sisters and children. She will always be in my heart and memories. God Bless her family.

My heart is reaching out to you for what you’re going through. I hope, from my heart, that your pain will decrease soon. I pray for your spirit to regain strength again. When someone we love passes away,we ache, but we go on. Grief is a normal way to mend the anguish and pain in our hearts.

She’s in a better place right now than she’s ever been before. All pain is gone. She’s now at rest and nothing troubles her anymore.

It’s we who feel the burden of our sadness and our grief.

We know we’ll reconnect with her at the end of each life’s road and we’ll see her cherished face again.

This morning, we had about a dozen classmates share in the celebration of life for Lynn. Her younger sister, Mary, a Presbyterian minister, shared a beautiful message with us and it brought back so many fond memories of Lynn. Lynn certainly loved life to the fullest and is missed by not only her family but her many friends.
